which aims to harness these benefits. X-PSC also provides greater opportunities for public officers to continuously hone their skills and gain international exposure through engaging in overseas projects.
The Action Team on Exporting of Public Sector Capabilities (X-PSC) is an inter-agency team which aims to catalyse export activities in the Public Service by creating a conducive ecosystem through: We do this by:
Refining policies and structures
Building relevant capacities and competencies
Innovative sourcing and deployment of resources
Facilitating the formation of networks and partnerships
Enhancing sharing of knowledge, insights and contacts
To support the mission of X-PSC, the External Projects Office (EPO) was set up in March 2007 as a unit within the Public Service Division of the Prime Minister's Office. Taking guidance from X-PSC, EPO works closely with the Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) and other partners to bring about changes that would enhance the public agencies' readiness to export their capabilities.
