Foreign Affairs Permanent Secretary Bilahari Kausikan retires

Mr Bilahari Kausikan, Permanent Secretary (Foreign Affairs), will retire from the Administrative Service on 1 June 2013. He will be replaced by BG(NS) Chee Wee Kiong, Second Permanent Secretary (Foreign Affairs).

On an official visit to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, who is also Minister in charge of the Civil Service, called on Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying.
