An opportunity to learn, from day one

As a new officer, you'll have a chance to participate in our in-house Induction Programme to learn more about our PSD culture, work, forge new friendships with officers from different teams, and interact with our senior management team.

There are on-the-job trainings, cross-cluster & agency projects, learning on the go through our Public Service learning app, structured trainings, conferences, seminars and many more! At PSD, we believe in empowering everyone to take charge of their learning!.

Supporting your Professional Development

At PSD, we are committed to supporting your growth and development. The PSD Training Award and Sponsorship Scheme supports officers in developing professionally by offering sponsorship for training programmes such as professional certifications and postgraduate studies (e.g. Masters, Graduate Diplomas).
