  • 60 days of Hospitalisation Leave (inclusive of 14 Days of Sick Leave)

Employee Support Initiatives

We care about the wellbeing of our officers and have a suite of welfare initiatives to support their needs. We also have mental wellness ambassadors in PSD to provide peer support and care to colleagues.

Civil Service Club

Civil Service Club (CS Club) is the club of choice for Public Service officers. There are three Clubhouses at Bukit Batok, Changi and Tessensohn, and 110 chalets offering entertainment, recreation and staycation facilities.

As a Public Service officer, you are eligible to book the chalets and participate in any CS Club events or social activities.

Sign up as a CS Club member and you can enjoy facilities usage discount at any of the clubhouses, members’ rates for chalets, CS Club events and social activities, as well as earlier booking window of the chalets. Find out more about CS Club membership.

Flex@PSD

Our Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) programme is called Flex@PSD. We are flexible about when our officers work, where they work and the possibility of scoping out part-time work arrangement. It's not about where you work, what time you work and whether you’re taking on a full-time scope, but what you do and the value that you create that counts!
