Vacation/Annual Leave

  • 14/18 days of Vacation Leave

Medical Leave

  • 60 days of Hospitalisation Leave (inclusive of 14 Days of Sick Leave)
  • 14 days of Sick Leave (2 days without the need to produce a Medical Certificate)

Family-Related Leave

  • 16 weeks of Maternity Leave
  • 2 weeks of Paternity Leave
  • Up to 4 weeks of Shared Parental Leave
  • 3 days of Marriage Leave on the occasion on an officer's marriage
  • 2 days of Parent-care Leave
  • Childcare Leave for officers with children under 12 years old

You can take up to 1 day of volunteering leave per calendar year for community involvement activities.

Civil Service Club chalets, events and social activities

Civil Service Club (CS Club) is the club of choice for Public Service officers. There are three Clubhouses at Bukit Batok, Changi and Tessensohn, and 110 chalets offering entertainment, recreation and staycation facilities.

As a Public Service officer, you are eligible to book the chalets and participate in any CS Club events or social activities.
