Permanent Secretary Neo Kian Hong to Retire from the Administrative Service

Mr Neo Kian Hong, 54, Permanent Secretary (Defence Development), Ministry of Defence, will retire from the Administrative Service on 1 August 2018, after 35 years of distinguished service in the Singapore Armed Forces and Administrative Service. The Public Service thanks Mr Neo for his many years of dedicated service and outstanding contributions, and wishes him the best as he continues to serve Singapore in a different capacity.
