Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang: To ask the Prime Minister for 2019 and 2020 respectively, what is the take-up rate of parent-care leave by public servants.

Written Reply by Mr Chan Chun Sing, Minister for Trade & Industry and Minister-in-charge of the Public Service.

In 2019 and 2020, the take-up rate for parent-care leave among eligible civil servants was about 50% in each year.
