ServiceSG aims to serve citizens with heart and empathy. We are committed to serve citizens better through a more seamless and personalised delivery of key government services across multiple agencies through our ServiceSG digital, phone and physical channels.
Our Logo Serving citizens with heart is at the centre of what we do. The concept of the logo revolves around a stylised heart consisting of the letters “C” for citizens and “G” for government that replaces the letter “V” in ServiceSG. The logo represents government’s ongoing commitment to serve citizens with care and empathy; going the extra mile to ensure that we deliver service excellence beyond the citizen’s expectation.
Started in 2018, the original Integrated Public Service Centre (IPSC) pilot at Our Tampines Hub (IPSC@OTH) successfully demonstrated the feasibility of providing over 400 frequently used services across government agencies in a single physical location. It achieved greater citizen satisfaction by being a ‘first-stop’ integrated government services centre conveniently located in a residential area.
To bring integrated services closer to citizens, we will be setting up smaller ServiceSG Centres at community centres called ServiceSG@CC. As a start, ServiceSG@CC will provide 200 frequently used government services. Citizens can also access digital kiosks onsite to access government services.We have launched three ServiceSG@CC sites. By the end of 2022, a bigger-scale ServiceSG Centre will be launched at One Punggol Hub.
