Written Reply to Parliamentary Question on whistleblowing policies in the Civil Service

Mr Gerald Giam: To ask the Prime Minister (a) whether civil servants receive training on how to identify, refuse and report inappropriate requests from political office holders; and (b) what protections against retaliation does the public service whistleblowing policies provide to civil servants who report inappropriate requests from political office holders.
